There’s something magical about the first day of May—when spring feels like it’s finally in full bloom—and Andra and Jacob’s wedding day was every bit as beautiful as the season promised it would be. From start to finish, their day at Riverwoods Venue felt like stepping into a timeless love story—elegant, romantic, and completely full of heart.
As a husband and wife photography duo, one of our favorite things is witnessing the way our couples show up for each other. Andra and Jacob were no exception. These two are so laid-back, sweet, and clearly meant for each other. Their love is quiet and steady—the kind that feels like home—and it was such a joy to capture every single moment of their celebration.
The day had such a classy and romantic vibe, with the most beautiful deep emerald green and white color palette. The rich tones were the perfect complement to the natural beauty of the Riverwoods grounds, and everything—from the florals to the linens—was styled with elegance and intention. Andra looked absolutely stunning in her gown, and when she stepped out for the ceremony, it took everyone’s breath away.
The ceremony was held outside under a soft spring sky, surrounded by trees and fresh blooms. It was peaceful and heartfelt, with gentle laughter and happy tears woven into every vow. There was something sacred about how simple and sincere it all felt, as if the world paused for just a moment to let their love take center stage.
